Senior Digital Analyst

Location : Plano, TX (100% Onsite, Monday-Friday)
Duration : 12-Month Contract Pay Range : $70.50 - $72.00 per hour (W2)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Analyst to support a national marketing organization with customer-journey analytics, digital performance insights, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and presenting those insights to both technical and non-technical

Analyze digital performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies.

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using Adobe Analytics Workspace, Report Builder, and Data Warehouse.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop KPIs, measurement strategies, and testing roadmaps.

Support personalization and experimentation initiatives using Adobe Target and Customer Journey Analytics.

Create polished, insight-driven PowerPoint presentations that communicate findings effectively.

Present insights confidently to senior leaders and cross-functional groups.

Provide mentorship and analytical guidance to junior team members when

5+ years of experience in digital or web analytics.

Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Marketing Cloud, including :

Adobe Analytics (Workspace, Report Builder, Data Warehouse)

Adobe Target

Customer Journey Analytics

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

High-level PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to create clear, visually compelling decks.

Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must be comfortable working fully onsite Monday through

Experience with website survey analytics.

Familiarity with website measurement frameworks.
