Business Systems Analyst

C2C Contract

• Gather and document business and system requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows; recommend and design improvements.
• Partner with architects, developers, Dev Ops, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support project planning, implementation, testing (functional, regression, UAT), and releases.
• Lead UAT activities and ensure quality and acceptance criteria are met.
• Provide end-user support, training, and post-release assistance.
• Support data integration, reporting, and dashboards for business insights.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (SOX, PCI‑DSS)

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with low‑code platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and cloud‑native applications.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and modern Dev Ops practices.
• Agile certifications preferred (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe).
