Dev Ops Engineer - Lead

Position Overview

We are immediately hiring for an AWS Dev Ops Engineer on a 12‑month contract basis. The role is based in McLean, VA with a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate must be local to McLean, VA and have prior experience in the banking domain.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application builds, testing, and deployments on AWS.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability using Datadog and other monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch).
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Cloud Formation).
• Use Ansible to automate configuration management, deployments, and operational tasks.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using containers and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Datadog, Ansible, AWS, Terraform, Jenkins experience.

Pay Range*: $70 / hr - $75 / hr

Pay range is based on several factors, including education, experience, location, and job duties.
