Apigee Architect with Solr Tuning experience

Plano, TX and Chicago, IL

Long Term Contract

• Apigee Edge Admin knowledge but not an Administrator
• Apigee Architect knowledge – roadmap, different configurations, experience with different scenarios in how different industries use Apigee – to help us grow in this platform
• Apigee Edge Admin experience will be beneficial especially experience setting up Apigee Custom Roles
• Need Apigee management API experience
• Scripting using Ansible Tower using Jenkins for automation
• Edge Microgateway knowledge – especially reporting and plugins
• Must be a Java resource with knowledge of SOAP and REST web service development using Oracle and WAS plus Spring Boot, STS, Swagger UI and Git Hub
• Solr knowledge would helpful

• Focus will be to tune a Solr collection for a new API that MUST maintain a sub‑second total response time
• Potentially tuning current Solr collections that usually perform well but have intermittent long response times
• Need approach to optimize Solr collections used for Faceted APIs
• All Solr APIs are Java using Spring Boot
