Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
Experience in architecture consulting engagements as well as experience in submitting proactive proposals to grow the business.”
EssentialSkills:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
8-10 years of Solutions Architecture experience
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture
Proven hands-on experience with data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)
Proficiency with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, ).
Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship across all phases of the project lifecycle
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and partners.”
DesirableSkills:
Experience in driving continuous improvement including design, and standardization of process and methodologies.
Experience assessing feasibility, complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders/teams (architecture and infrastructure delivery teams) to ensure consistent solution design and integration.”
