Pay Rate: $23.50/hour (W2 only, no flexibility)

About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Tech Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment. This role is 100% onsite in Plano, TX, with typical hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (some evening project work may be required).

Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • User Assistance: Provide end-user guidance, training, and self-service tips to improve user experience.
  • Documentation: Create and update IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Support colleagues and empower users to resolve common IT issues.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with cabling (testing, running, repairing).
  • Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Windows 10/11, MacOS).
  • Knowledge of hardware components and basic networking concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility for occasional after-hours project work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of IT professional experience.
  • 2+ years of Google Suite experience.
