We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will design and implement scalable data pipelines, build robust data infrastructure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Develop data architectures and models for analytics and reporting
• Integrate and transform data from diverse sources such as APIs, files, logs, and databases
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineers to understand data needs
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and monitoring
• Automate workflows using orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Prefect
• Monitor and optimize performance of data systems and pipelines
• Manage data infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices
• Create and maintain documentation of data architecture and pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar role
• Proficiency with Python and SQL
• Experience with frameworks like Apache Spark, Kafka, or Flink
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, GCP Big Query, Azure Synapse)
• Knowledge of relational and No

• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control systems (Git)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time or streaming data systems
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA)
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation
• Familiarity with containerization and Dev Ops tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
