About the Role

We are looking for an Endpoint Vulnerability Remediation Analyst to support proactive identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities across enterprise endpoint environments. This role combines technical support and customer service, requiring frequent interaction with end users to ensure vulnerabilities are resolved before they escalated into security incidents.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a phone-based support role, has a solid understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, and can guide users through standardized remediation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to endpoint vulnerability alerts and incidents
  • Proactively reach out to users to drive timely remediation
  • Assist users who are restricted or locked out due to unresolved vulnerabilities
  • Guide users through remediation steps using internal documentation and standardized workflows
  • Perform remediation activities by referencing system identifiers (e.g., QID, device )
  • Provide professional, customer-focused support via phone and ticketing systems
  • Document actions and updates accurately within the case management tool
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience using Service Now or similar ITSM tools
  • Hands‑on support experience with Windows and Mac OS
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support users over the phone
  • Basic understanding of endpoint systems and operating system fundamentals
Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Exposure to vulnerability management or endpoint remediation
  • Familiarity with enterprise endpoint environments (VDI, virtual machines)
  • Training & Support
  • Remediation tools, internal systems, and processes will be provided through on‑the‑job training
  • Clear documentation and playbooks are available to support daily activities
Salary Range

The salary for this position is between $23,230 - $30,240 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
