Position Overview

Akkodis is seeking an Application Support for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX / Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid). Responsibilities include monitoring applications to ensure 100% SLA compliance and preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $55/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Monitor and support applications to ensure 100% SLA compliance.
• Provide on‑call support and triage production tickets/issues.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with application teams and other support teams to resolve issues.
• Automate daily tasks by writing scripts to streamline BAU activities.
• Identify root causes in code and suggest break‑fix activities in the code and/or database.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in application support or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Oracle, Splunk, and Unix/Linux.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
