Tech Lead – Guidewire Policy Center

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Guidewire Policy Center Tech Lead to join our team!
Key Requirements- Deep experience with Guidewire Policy Center implementation and configuration
- Guidewire Associate Certification (mandatory)
- Hands‑on experience with Cloud APD and cloud‑based product model configurations
- Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end Policy lifecycle — Submission, Qualification, Quoting, Underwriting, Policy Issuance, Renewals, Cancellations & Reinstatements, and Mid‑Term Policy Changes
- Domain expertise in Personal Auto, Commercial Auto, or Property lines of business within Policy Center
- Solid experience with Policy Center configuration and integrations (Product Model, Rating Engine, Forms & Documents, integrations with external systems like payment gateways, underwriting systems, data providers, etc.)
- Proven experience working as a Team Lead — mentoring developers, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring best practices
- Ability to work independently, analyze complex requirements, and deliver high‑quality technical solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology, sprint planning, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Solid knowledge of testing processes — Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and defect/bug lifecycle
- ✨ Experience with Policy Center Digital (PC Digital)
- ✨ Familiarity with Guidewire Jutro / GT UI
