We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the Client 365 Suite. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve issues promptly and independently, ensuring end-to-end problem resolution. The role requires experience in opening cases with the client for escalated issues and expertise in SharePoint and Azure AD app registration.
Role DescriptionThe candidate should have significant hands‑on experience in administering Exchange, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Stream, Viva, and Office in large M365 environments. A deep understanding of SharePoint at an Architect Level and at least two years of experience with Teams Administration is essential. Proficiency in creating and troubleshooting Power Shell scripts for the administration and automation of M365 technologies is required.
The candidate must be adaptable to the rapidly changing M365 environment, understanding product and service changes, and designing action strategies for the tenant and users. Staying current on M365 services, including availability, reliability, performance, operations, compliance, and security is crucial. Experience with File Share and SharePoint Online / Teams / One Drive migrations using tools like Share Gate and the SharePoint Migration Tool is necessary.
The role involves documenting system standards to communicate and enforce them, reviewing M365 solutions and processes as part of tenant governance, and working in an Agile Scrum team environment.

- Support L2/L3 tickets from end users, plan, design, and implement changes related to M365 services.
- Automate redundant activities or requests and work effectively in large teams and environments.

This position is located onsite in Plano, TX. It offers a 12-month assignment with potential for extension or contract‑to‑hire.
