Job Description:
Duration: 10+ Month of Contract
Work Mode: Onsite during core business hours; nights, weekends, second shift, and holidays are remote
Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused Service Desk Agent to provide technical support to internal users in a fast-paced call center environment. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, responding to calls and chats, and ensuring timely resolution of IT incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide remote application and technical support to internal users
- Respond to inbound calls and chat requests efficiently
- Troubleshoot primarily software-related issues; assist with basic hardware queries
- Log, track, and elevate tickets using a ticketing system (Service Now preferred)
- Remotely access end‑user systems to resolve issues and achieve first‑call resolution
- Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed
- Experience in Help Desk / Service Desk or IT Support roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Willingness to work shift‑based schedules, including nights and weekends
- Rotational shifts based on business needs (including weekends)
- Training:
First 2 weeks:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (classroom‑style training)
