• Coordinate capacity planning and ensure alignment with goals and capacity management methodologies.
• Participate in multiple projects with a specific set of deliverables around Capacity.
• Collaborate with support teams to provide forecasts and models for performance and capacity of impacted components.
• During performance testing, review saturation test results and artifacts (App Dynamics, Dyna Trace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat, application logs, and Performance Center results) to measure and interpret capacity thresholds/limits.
• Support capacity-related BAU activities associated with audit requirements.
• Apply risk and regulatory management, information security generalist skills, and information security management as part of capacity management.
• Demonstrate knowledge of capacity planning methodologies and ITIL capacity management best practices (COBIT framework).

• 10+ years of experience in IT Capacity Management.
• Experience working across multiple projects with capacity deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL capacity management and COBIT framework.
• Experience with ITSM and tools such as App Dynamics and Dyna Trace.
