Aspire IT Solutions is in a need of –
Role: Service Now Tester
Location: McLean, VA or Plano, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Interview: In-person
Job Description:Seeking an experienced Service Now Tester to ensure quality across multiple Service Now modules through manual and automated testing. The role involves close collaboration with development and QA teams to validate workflows, integrations, and platform changes.
Required Qualifications- 5 8 years of overall QA/testing experience
- 3 years of hands-on Service Now testing experience
- Strong experience with Service Now ATF, particularly within IRM/GRC modules
- Experience with UI and API testing
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Service Now certifications
- Experience with Service Now scripting (JavaScript)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration
