Position Overview: The individual will be a contributing member of the Environment Support and Management team, working on code deployments, releases, environment monitoring, and coordination with multiple teams to ensure the environment is up-to-date and ready for testing.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy code changes to lower-level test environments during scheduled deployment times.
• Provide backup support to the Release Management team for deploying to production environments.
• Track and update problem tickets and support requests.
• Collaborate with support teams to triage and resolve deployment issues.
• Create and update documentation to support team functions.
• Generate metrics from available data.

Required Skills:

• Experience supporting IT functions for large companies, preferably involving deployment and release activities.
• Good communication skills.
