Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot application issues by analyzing data, applications, and interfaces.
• Assist during support hours (8AM to 5PM Central Time) and off-hours for emergencies.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem records, change requests within SLA.
• Respond to alerts within SLA.
• Estimate effort for tasks and change orders.
• Identify root causes of technical issues in production.
• Develop code updates for defects.
• Provide detailed client information as needed.
• Follow production support best practices.
• Handle night alerts in shifts.
• Participate in internal reviews and client calls.
• Demonstrate good delegation and time management skills.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain good verbal and written communication skills.

Shift: Regular and on-call support
