Technical Test Lead – Performance Testing and Engineering

We are seeking a Technical Test Lead for a full-time position in Plano, TX. The client is willing to provide relocation assistance.

Qualifications:

• Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred:

• 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting
• 4 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities
• Expertise in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, and implementing Performance Strategy
• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
• Strong expertise in load test tools - HP Performance Center, RPT, APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics
• Knowledge of Performance trouble shooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis)
• Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues
• Mobile performance testing experience
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in Agile and Devops methodology, microservices, Angular js
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
