Key Responsibilities / RequirementsBusiness Intelligence Analyst proficient in SQL, Python, and Tableau. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to create interactive dashboards and visualizations that drive business decisions. This role plays a crucial part in developing impactful and engaging dashboard solutions that drive customer service strategy. Require 5‑9 years of experience, particularly within customer service operations.
Requirements- Expert in Tableau and can craft jaw‑dropping dashboards that wow stakeholders and inform strategic decisions.
- Solid coder who uses SQL & Python / Spark / R to deploy data solutions or data products into production.
- Highly enthusiastic about uncovering actionable insights from data and conveying these insights to the business as stories that stick.
- Strong analytical person who loves solving business problems using massive data sets.
- Interface with leadership and team members to get clarity on requirements, end goals, and deliverables.
- Detail‑oriented but never lose sight of deadlines.
- Always keep an eye on the products deployed and never assume everything is ok.
- Comfortable following the procedures and coding standards set by the organization.
- MS or BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics (required).
- 3‑6 years of experience in Customer Service functions for consumer products, retail, tech, telecom, or financial industries.
- 2‑4 years of experience in a Big Data environment, specifically Hive / Spark where solutions scale smoothly on high‑volume (1TB+) & high‑dimensionality data.
- Worked with massive structured / unstructured data sets before.
- Proactive and sometimes reactive.
- Think and jump right in attitude.
- Independent contributor valuing feedback from team members.
- Analytical and solve problems without losing sight of end goals.
- Detail‑oriented but never lose sight of deadlines.
- Procedure oriented.
- Clearly understand and agree on standards set by leadership.
- Maintain standards, but voice improvements.
- Empathetic and able to control internal state during ambitious targets.
- Constantly check models and not assume everything is ok.
- Follow agile development principles to develop and deploy cutting‑edge data products and POCs using massive sets of structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure the data product is deployed through testing and is of the highest quality.
- Communicate results to other members of the team in a clear and intuitive manner.
- Interface with leadership and team members regularly to brainstorm ideas, communicate progress, and risks.
- Use JIRA and Confluence as tools for Agile Project planning.
- Communicate progress and results in a clear, concise, and timely manner with stakeholders.
- Always look for data resources that enhance model performance.
- Clearly communicate with PMs about acquisition of data sources.
- Work with team members to develop and design solutions for data products.
- Write code to clean, munge, analyze, EDA, and visualize terabytes of data.
- Proficient in EDA and visualizations.
- Debug machine learning models with ease.
- Understand upstream and downstream interface requirements and design solutions accordingly.
- Always seek avenues for automation in data pipelines wherever applicable.
- Get comfortable with the team’s sprint planning procedures.
- Clearly communicate with DE about deployment requirements.
- Work with DE to get data into the Data Lake in the required format.
- Ensure completeness of the product.
- Make sure the product is of the highest quality.
- Adept at documenting the analytical work; ensure documentation is complete and reviewed by Team Leads.
- Ensure code meets team standards.
- Use JIRA for agile development.
- Experience in Customer Service Operations in telecom, retail, e‑commerce, CPG, mobile or consumer electronics.
- Agile principles / Scrum / Kanban.
- Solid understanding of Hadoop (Hive and Impala) & Spark (PySpark / Scala).
- Proficient in Python / Scala / R / Java & SQL.
- Proficient in Data Visualization Software – Tableau / Power BI.
