About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Architect to lead the onboarding and implementation of Amazon Connect for enterprise-level operations. This is a senior-level role requiring deep expertise in cloud-based contact center solutions and infrastructure architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Amazon Connect solutions for enterprise contact center environments.
