Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Architect / Functional Analyst to support business transformation initiatives and drive efficiency across our SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP FI/CO functions and features, business process design, and integration with managed services and implementation partners. This role acts as the liaison between Business, IT, and Corporate Accounting to ensure process optimization, change management, and successful release planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s or MBA is a plus.
  • 8–10 years of experience in SAP functional or business process roles, with a focus on FI/CO.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4

    HANA Public Cloud preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with IT, Accounting, and external partners.
Technical

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO functionality and related integration points.
  • Experience with SAP template management, data migration, and system integration.
  • Knowledge of SAP role administration and access management.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management across business and technical teams.
  • Pro ability to document processes and drive change effectively.
  • Certifications:

    SAP-related functional certifications preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP S/4

    HANA Public Cloud upgrade/release cycles.
  • Understanding of SAP regression testing frameworks and business validation processes.
  • Familiarity with finance transformation projects and shared services models.
  • Exposure to hospitality, consumer services, or similar industries.
  • Experience coordinating multiple vendors or managed service providers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Business Process Architecture:
    Design, document, and optimize end-to-end process flows across finance and accounting. Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP functionality.
  • Project Leadership:
    Serve as Business PM to coordinate with central and corporate accounting teams, business process owners, IT, and system implementation partners. Support release planning, regression testing, and go-live activities.
  • Liaison Role:
    Act as the bridge between Business and IT / managed services teams, ensuring clear communication, requirement translation, and issue resolution.
  • Change Management:
    Lead user training, UAT testing, and communication during system enhancements and upgrades.
  • SAP Public Cloud:
    Oversee public cloud upgrades, release management, and regression testing with users to ensure business continuity.
  • SAP Administration:
    Support SAP user access, role assignments, and overall governance activities.
  • Data Management:
    Coordinate data migration, SAP template alignment, and integration with other systems.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to ensure process transparency, accountability, and adoption.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain process documentation, test scripts, and functional specifications to ensure audit readiness and business clarity.
