Overview
Pepsico is on a significant initiative of digitalization and standardization of the FP&A solution across all its markets in alignment with the “Planning 2025” vision to make the finance organization more Capable, more Agile, and more Efficient. Mosaic Program is a key enabler of that vision, it is the FP&A solution of Pepsi Co. Global Template (PGT) integrates vertical planning for Operating Units (OUs) or markets and horizontal planning for functions that have accountability across markets, harmonizing data, planning processes, and ways of working across Pepsi Co markets.
Responsibilities- Incident management: understand the issue, troubleshoot the error, identify the root cause (RCA), and provide workarounds and definitive solutions striving for resolution of incidents with SLA.
- Self‑assign/update tickets and address them in priority order in alignment with Business Support.
- Provide status and actions taken on in‑progress tickets at least once per day at EOD pm EST.
- Maintain the incident state updated daily.
- Add notes on progress and RCA.
- Provide estimated target date for deployment once analysis is initiated.
- Notify IT Mosaic Support when items are closed or require reassignment.
- Attend Mosaic Support daily calls to report progress, discuss escalation topics, or interact with other teams to resolve incidents.
- Escalate issues to sustain leads if progress is stuck or management support is required.
- Notify and obtain approval when an incident is identified as an enhancement, providing feedback and details about the criticality of the enhancement.
- Own incidents and ensure follow‑up until resolution via Service Now.
- Follow the environment synchronization process to keep lower and upper landscapes (Dev, QA, Pre Prod, Production) updated via ADO GIT/Branch.
- Execute and ensure technical tests before requesting UAT user approval.
- Generate technical, migration prerequisites documentation for production migration.
- Conduct post‑migration validations.
- Once the fix is resolved, add resolution notes detailing the resolution and including the RCA category and summary.
- Keep communications clear and open with all teams.
- Expected compensation range: $76,400 – $127,850.
- Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary.
- Bonus: 8% of annual salary paid annually.

- University education (BS/BA) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of information technology or business experience.
- Strong understanding of the financial planning process, revenue management principles, and sales finance forecasting.
- Knowledge of IBM COGNOS ANALYTICS TM1, FP&A functional knowledge.
- Strong development background with minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Data flow and integration critical component.
- Self‑motivation, focus, and ability to drive complex business discussions to design the best solution.
- Knowledge of FMCG and FP&A related data objects.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management.
- Ability to handle complexity and execute with excellence under pressure.
