Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for an IT Asset Management Support / Configuration Center Support Worker for their Plano, TX / Hybrid location.
Responsibilities- Daily focus on delivery deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Asset Management responsibilities to include :
- Ability to lift + lbs
- Ability to self-start
- Work independently and with a team
- Unboxing / reboxing of hardware to image
- Prepare laptop / desktops for imaging
- Inventory control / audits
- Professional written / oral communication skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least year of experience in tech support and administration
- At least year of remote tech administration and end user support
- At least year of experience with Windows or later operating systems
- At least year of experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools (Service Now)
- Associate’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or military experience
- years of SCCM experience
- years of Windows
OS experience - years of experience with Active Directory services
- years of experience with virtualization technologies
- years of macOS experience
- Windows certification(s)
- Apple certification(s)
