Integration Support Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong experience with JBoss, Oracle PL/SQL, and SQL tuning.
• Hands-on experience with TIBCO MQ, JMS, and enterprise messaging systems.
• Familiarity with SOAP/REST web services and service orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment automation.
• Proficiency with monitoring and alerting tools such as App Dynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, or Nagios.
• Agile development experience using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

Candidate should be hands-on and experienced to support AWS infrastructure, networking, cloud automation, and platform We are hiring an Integration Support Engineer to manage and support backend systems and middleware platforms including JBoss, Oracle PL/SQL, TIBCO MQ, and JMS-based services.

• Provide production support for JBoss-hosted services and web service endpoints.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PL/SQL procedures and database operations.
• Support and monitor TIBCO MQ and JMS messaging flows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with development teams.
• Implement CI/CD processes and automate deployments using Jenkins, Git, or Maven.
• Monitor system health and performance using enterprise-grade tools.
• Document support procedures, integration flows, and RCA reports.
• Participate in incident management and continuous service improvement.
