CRM Systems Administrator​/Plano TX​/Onsite

We’re hiring a full time Systems Administrator to support a growing mortgage services organization preparing for significant scale. This role is onsite and focused on supporting, maintaining, and scaling core IT systems and mortgage platforms as the business increases production and operational demand.

This role sits at the intersection of IT infrastructure and mortgage operations. With the organization preparing to scale production by 3x due to upcoming private equity investment, this hire will play a critical role in keeping systems stable, users supported, and core platforms running smoothy. If you enjoy being hands on, supporting business critical applications like MSP and Encompass, and working closely with leadership during a high growth phase, this role offers strong visibility and long term growth.

• Experience working as a Systems Administrator or IT Generalist
• Hands-on experience supporting mortgage servicing or loan origination platforms
• Direct exposure to MSP (ICE Mortgage Technology) and/or Encompass
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, systems, and end users
• Comfortable working in an onsite environment and partnering with business stakeholders

• Mortgage or financial services industry experience
• Experience supporting environments during periods of rapid growth or scaling
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users
• Ability to operate independently in a lean IT environment

• 35% – Systems administration across Windows environments, servers, endpoints, and core infrastructure
• 30% – Support and administration of mortgage platforms including MSP (ICE Mortgage Technology) and Encompass
• 20% – User support, troubleshooting, access management, and issue resolution
• 10% – Vendor coordination and application support escalations related to mortgage systems
• 5% – Documentation, process improvement, and support for scaling IT operations
