Job Description
This large municipality in north DFW is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with good leadership experience. This role will primarily be to lead and mentor integration developers and engineers. Design, build, test, deploy Mule Soft integrations for Salesforce. Manage integration projects and vendor work, ensure SLAs. Define and enforce API/integration standards, security, and monitoring. Troubleshoot production issues and run root‑cause analysis.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize work and gather requirements. Maintain documentation, runbooks, and status reports. The role will be onsite 5 days a week M-F.

- 8+ years Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning) with strong API experience (REST, SOAP, Bulk).
- 3–4+ years Mule Soft (Anypoint) hands‑on experience.
- Proven team leadership and project delivery experience.
- End‑to‑end integration lifecycle knowledge (requirements → design → deploy → support).
- Experience working with vendors and managing deliverables/SLAs.
- Strong communication and documentation skills. Bachelor’s in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
- Mule Soft and/or Salesforce certifications. Local Government experience.
