V4C.ai is seeking an experienced Data Bricks Consultant to join our Onshore team. This role involves working closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize data solutions using Data Bricks, enabling them to unlock the full potential of their data assets. As a Data Bricks Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in data engineering, analytics, and cloud technologies to provide strategic consulting and drive successful project outcomes.

• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges related to data engineering and analytics.
• Design and implement scalable Data Bricks solutions that address client needs and align with industry best practices.
• Optimize performance and cost of Data Bricks environments and data workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest Data Bricks features, tools, and trends in the data analytics landscape.
• Deliver training and workshops to clients and internal stakeholders on Data Bricks capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles, with at least 2 years specifically working with Data Bricks.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL.
• Strong experience with Databricks, Azure, or AWS cloud services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel onshore as required to support client engagements.
