We are currently seeking a Service Now - Technical Consultant / Senior to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior Service Now Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex Service Now implementations and solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving digital transformation through the Service Now platform.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• ITAM - Software Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management
• ITOM – Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable Service Now solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
• Customize and configure Service Now applications using best practices and maintain platform integrity.
• Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Stay current with Service Now releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now platform development and administration.
• Proven track record of successful Service Now implementations in enterprise environments.

• CSA, CAD and at least 1 CIS-(any)

• Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, Flow Designer, and Service Now Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
