JOB Description:

Responsibilities:

Deliver projects utilizing the appropriate delivery model for customer projects based on proven implementation methodologies and execution within the scope of the engagement.

Ensure timely completion of the deliverables for each milestone and report any exceptions to the project PMO and steering committee.

Manage projects/programs with multi-vendor teams operating globally.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain and control timesheets of external vendors and the internal core team to create an adequate basis for approving vendor invoices and for cost capitalization.

Regularly follow up with teams for weekly updates on progress and publish regular status reports as per the project communication plan; organize project meetings and ensure preparation of minutes of the meetings.

Key

Skills:

SAP S/4 HANA Implementation, Leading SAP Team in greenfield/brownfield implementation.

Required Experience:

10+ years of SAP project management experience in large scale strategic projects.

Detailed knowledge of the Planning & Consolidation solutions relevant to business.

Hands-on experience in SAP BPC or experience in managing projects with BPC implementation.

Experience in leading SAP S4 HANA implementations preferable, but not mandatory.

Experience in managing medium to large size teams.
