This is a full-time role for a Net Suite Senior Functional Consultant. The role involves leading and supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of Net Suite solutions that address client business requirements. Key responsibilities include evaluating business processes, configuring Net Suite applications, managing system customizations and integrations, and providing expertise in financials and other relevant domains. The consultant will engage directly with clients to provide guidance, training, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead assigned work streams or smaller projects with guidance from a Team Lead or Project Manager.
• Coordinate task execution and timelines for assigned deliverables, ensuring on-time completion within scope.
• Lead discovery, requirement gathering, and analysis for complex ERP solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert within industry verticals and provide guidance to junior consultants.
• Support presales efforts by contributing to scoping, demonstrations, and solution design.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration issues and support post‑implementation activities.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training and supporting documentation.
• Identify and propose opportunities to expand Ethos’s footprint within accounts.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to internal toolkits and methodologies.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding new consultants.
• Deliver high‑quality work within project scope and budget.
• Promote long‑term client success through post‑implementation support and continuous improvement.

• 4 – 6 years of Net Suite consulting experience.
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Process expertise to assess and improve organizational workflows.
• Proven experience in Consulting with an ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Knowledge across Net Suite core and advanced modules (Adv Manufacturing, WMS, ARM…), including a solid grasp of financial processes and their integration with ERP systems.
• Exceptional Communication skills to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience across Net Suite platform capabilities, configurations, and customizations is preferred.
• Proficiency in integration design and supporting technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
