Infor Workbrain (WFM) Developer
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite if based in Dallas)
About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Infor Workbrain / WFM Developer to join one of our major ongoing digital transformation efforts. This role focuses on developing, configuring, and optimizing Infor Workbrain modules across time, attendance, scheduling, compliance, and workforce integration landscapes. You’ll be a key contributor to how time management meets business intelligence.
Key Impact Areas- Lead enhancements and new development across Time & Attendance, LFSO, Scheduling, Budgeting, and Clock integrations within Workbrain.
- Customize and configure complex pay rules, entitlements, validations, and compliance logic.
- Design and implement integrations, including HR data exchanges, mapping definitions, and environment dependencies.
- Build custom workflows and dynamic forms using Form Builder and Workflow Editor
. - Drive upgrades and on‑premise optimization with a deep understanding of the Infor WFM tech stack
. - Deliver clean, extensible code using Java/J2EE
, including Core Java, JDBC, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate. - Author Oracle SQL queries, procedures, and triggers for real‑time and batch operations.
- Leverage CI/CD tools (SVN, Git, Jenkins) and Agile practices using JIRA.
- Develop reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos or similar reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and stakeholder teams to troubleshoot, tune, and continuously improve performance.
- 5+ years of development experience on Infor Workbrain / WFM with real‑world application in enterprise settings.
- Deep knowledge of USA and Puerto Rico compliance rules related to labor and time.
- Hands‑on development with Oracle SQL/PLSQL
, Java
, and Infor‑specific APIs. - Proven experience in SDLC, Agile workflows, and production‑level support.
- Strong documentation and communication skills across business and technical teams.
- Experience supporting cloud migration or modernization programs.
- Familiarity with performance tuning
, scaling practices, or CI/CD pipeline improvements. - Background in enterprise‑level payroll, workforce, or HRIS systems.
