Oracle Supply Chain Cloud Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Supply Chain Cloud Lead Consultant with implementation experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Oracle Supply Chain Cloud for customers’ requirements. The selected candidate must be able to drive the ongoing implementation, do the fit‑gap analysis and provide solutions to the gaps along with being well versed on data extraction, migration processes, interface design, reporting design and implementation life cycle of Oracle Supply Chain cloud.

The role involves driving ongoing Oracle Supply Chain Cloud implementation, conducting fit‑gap analysis, data extraction, migration, interface and reporting design, and full implementation lifecycle.

  Plano, TX (may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location).
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Senior Fusion SCM SME with strong experience in Fusion Purchasing, Supplier Management, Inventory, Costing.
• At least 2 end‑to‑end implementations in Fusion SCM covering the above modules.
• Experience conducting CRPs, end‑to‑end solution design in SCM, configuration, conversion validation, user training, and cutover.
• Good experience working with the business, translating business needs to solution in Fusion ERP.
• Preferably Oracle AI knowledge, especially Fusion AI Agent Studio and Embedded AI in Oracle Fusion.
• Hands‑on and comfortable in configuration solution detailing, preparation and review of functional specs.
• Ability to leverage implementation best practices, experiences from past SCM Cloud projects and apply them.
• Understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
• Experience with testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle Supply Chain Cloud modules.
• Experience in functional testing and coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders for timely delivery of solutions.
• Onsite‑Offshore communication and work management.
• Experience leading Super User training and supporting other training activities.

• Knowledge of Best Practices in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud, with the ability to give solutions/suggestions to the client.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
