ServiceNow Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a Service Now Architect to join their team. As a Service Now Architect, you will be part of the IT department supporting the platform expansion and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Now Architect

Location: Dallas, TX (In-office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; Remote: Wednesday, Friday)

Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000

What's the Job?

• Design and develop scalable, sustainable solutions within the Service Now platform to support enterprise needs.
• Lead technical development, code reviews, and create detailed technical designs for complex projects.
• Define and support technical and data governance processes to ensure platform integrity and compliance.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and platform operating models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align solutions with business objectives and improve user experience.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in Service Now development with strong architecture knowledge.
• 4+ years of recent hands‑on coding experience, preferably in JavaScript.
• Experience managing CSDM and establishing Data Governance standards.
• Proven expertise in managing CMDB health and implementing Service Now modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading or mentoring development teams.
