Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a IBM Data Stage Administrator (Plano, Pennington, Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a IBM Data Stage Administrator (Plano, Pennington, Charlotte), you will be an integral part of the Data Operations Department supporting multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Configure and manage operating system and application environment files to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and patch Data Stage, Websphere, IIS, and related tools, maintaining system integrity and security.
• Create and manage projects, users, groups, privileges, and project-level variables during application onboarding.
• Establish and maintain connectivity between IIS and various database servers based on application requirements.
• Proactively address and resolve support requests and issues reported by application teams within defined SLAs.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience (10+ years) with IIS Data Stage, Linux OS, and database management, preferably with DB2.
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Data Stage, Websphere, and IIS environments.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and experience with cloud platforms like IBM Cloudpak for Data (CP4D) is advantageous.
• Understanding of Red Hat Open Shift architecture and enterprise support practices.
• Relevant certifications in Data Stage or related technologies are a plus.
