The Technical Project Manager will have expertise in systems design and implementation to support data systems for product management. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong collaboration skills to drive system optimization and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex data systems
- Conduct system analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions
- Maintain system documentation including technical specs and user guides
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Monitor and improve system performance
- Implement security best practices and protocols
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements
- Provide technical support and end-user assistance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of system architecture, network protocols, and software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization (e.g., VMware)
- Knowledge of database systems like MySQL or Oracle and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Bilingual in English and Korean required
