Our client is currently seeking a qualified L1 Support Technician to join their team onsite in Plano, TX and provide walk-in and remote support to users.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required
  • Stage and build systems
  • Complete special projects as requested
  • Follow Asset Management policy and procedure
Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
  • iOS and Android working knowledge
  • Good customer support skills
  • Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
  • Walk-up and remote support service experience

Wage Range: The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 - $26.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
