Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to server outages and issues within the data center.
- Perform diagnostics on down servers, identify root causes, and work quickly to restore functionality.
- Utilize remote management tools and hardware diagnostic systems to troubleshoot hardware failures.
Perform hardware replacements and repairs as needed, including but not limited to server components, CPUs, hard drives, memory modules, and power supplies.
Documentation and Reporting- Accurately document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and vendor case details in ticketing systems.
- Generate reports on system outages, hardware replacements, and overall performance trends.
- Strong knowledge of server hardware and components, including troubleshooting techniques for processors, memory, storage, and.
- Proficiency of Linux OS command-line.
- Experience with data center management and remote server monitoring tools. >

Familiarity with system diagnostics and management software (e.g., Dell Open Manage, HP iLO, Lenovo XClarity).

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
