Handleday-to-day production support activities, including:
- Incident troubleshooting and resolution
- User query handling and issue analysis
- Period close support and reconciliation assistance
- Chart of accounts maintenance
- Accounting rules (especially in FAH)
- Project accounting setups
- Intercompany configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve accounting discrepancies and system issues
- Understand requirements
- Provide functional solutions
- Support process improvements
- Coordinate with technical teams forbug fixes, enhancements, and integrations
