Engineer, IT Field Support

The Engineer, IT Field Support ensures the smooth operation of company technology systems, providing hands-on technical support, problem resolution, and proactive service to end users. This role plays a key part in maintaining system reliability, supporting business continuity, and enabling employees to work efficiently with minimal disruption.

• Prepare, configure, and deploy hardware, software, and network equipment for new facilities and acquisitions in accordance with company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently, applying judgment and problem-solving skills to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with team members, end users, and stakeholders to communicate technical information, identify underlying issues, and implement practical solutions.
• Document all infrastructure changes, configurations, and technical information accurately for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed to support continuous operations and rapid issue resolution.
• Support IT initiatives related to new setups, acquisitions, and facility expansions, including coordinating logistics and resources for smooth implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business continuity and technology operations.
