POSITION OVERVIEW- eCommerce Fulfillment Manager This role owns the entire order lifecycle — from the moment a customer places an order across any channel (online, in-store, marketplace, curbside, etc.) to the moment it's fulfilled. Sitting at the center of Supply Chain, Logistics, Product, Engineering, Retail, and Customer Service, this person makes sure orders ship accurately and on time, while continuously improving the systems (OMS, WMS, TMS) that make that possible.
Day to day, that means setting the rules for how orders get routed and prioritized, tracking key metrics like order accuracy and SLA compliance, and leading major cross-functional projects — new channel launches, peak season planning, and larger operational changes. This role also owns KPI reporting, giving leadership real-time visibility into performance, and drives continuous improvement through root cause analysis when something goes wrong.

• Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow across all integrated platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, Technology, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Finance teams
• Lead cross-functional projects including new channel launches, peak season planning, and operational transformation initiatives
• Work with the marketing and commercial teams to align fulfillment capabilities with promotional and campaign planning
