We are seeking an experienced Senior People Soft Administrator / Oracle DBA to manage, support, and modernize enterprise People Soft FSCM Production and Non-Production environments. This is a highly technical role spanning the People Soft application stack, middleware, Linux infrastructure, Oracle databases, integrations, automation, and cloud environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining highly available, secure, and high-performing environments while supporting upgrades, migrations, implementations, and ongoing operational needs.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with People Soft Administration and Oracle Database, combined with strong knowledge of automation, disaster recovery, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise application integrations.

• Install, configure, administer, and support People Soft FSCM environments across Production, Non-Production, and implementation environments.
• Administer People Tools, PUM Images, Application Designer, Integration Broker, Process Scheduler, and related People Soft components.
• Perform People Tools, PUM, application, and database upgrades.
• Use Deployment Packages (DPK) for People Soft installation, configuration, and environment management.
• Manage multiple PUM Images and coordinate application maintenance activities.
• Perform environment refreshes, cloning, configuration, troubleshooting, and post-maintenance validation.
• Support major People Soft upgrades and infrastructure transitions, including analysis of customizations through compare reports.
• Monitor and maintain application health and performance across the People Soft technology stack.

• Serve as a senior Oracle DBA supporting People Soft FSCM and related enterprise applications.
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain Oracle Database environments.
• Support modern Oracle Database releases, including 19c and newer versions where applicable.
• Administer Oracle RAC, RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Design and maintain backup, recovery, high-availability, and disaster-recovery solutions.
• Perform database performance tuning, including:
  • SQL optimization
  • Execution-plan analysis
  • Memory tuning
  • Resource utilization
  • Database health monitoring
• Apply Oracle Critical Patch Updates (CPU), Release Updates (RU), and other security and maintenance fixes.
• Perform database exports/imports, cloning, environment refreshes, and recovery activities.
• Monitor database capacity, performance, availability, and storage utilization.

• Administer and optimize Web Logic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and People Soft application servers.
• Configure, maintain, and monitor People Soft web and application server environments.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues involving:
  • Application Engine
  • Integration Broker
  • SQR
  • Process Scheduler
  • Change Assistant
  • Web Logic
  • Tuxedo
• Configure and maintain Open Search and related People Soft infrastructure components.
• Diagnose complex issues across the application, middleware, operating-system, and database layers.

• Administer and support Phire Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) across People Soft environments.
• Manage object migrations, version control, change requests, deployment tracking, and audit requirements.
• Configure and maintain automated deployment and release processes.
• Perform periodic Phire upgrades and maintenance.
• Establish repeatable processes for environment promotion and release management.

• Configure, secure, and monitor integrations between People Soft FSCM and third-party enterprise and supply-chain applications.
