We are seeking a proactive problem-solver to support our AV Operations. This role is crucial for bridging complex technology with an excellent user experience. As the backbone of our workplace AV infrastructure, you will ensure every AV interaction, including Zoom calls and video conferences, is a seamless experience.
ResponsibilitiesSupport, maintain and optimize AV infrastructure including hardware configuration, break/fix and troubleshooting. Act as the subject matter expert for our Zoom ecosystem, including Zoom Rooms, Zoom Device Management, and the Zoom Digital Signage platform. Manage ITIL incident workflows, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintain a precise asset inventory database.
Basic Qualifications- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of technical support or operations experience
- At least 1 year of experience with IT systems, networking and infrastructure
- At least 1 year of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems
- At least 1 year of with incident management and reporting tools
A foundational understanding of networking, conference room equipment (Poly, Biamp, and Crestron), AV controllers, and audio signal processing.
This is an on-site position (Monday Friday) in Plano, TX. This role includes some on-call assignments, including occasional after-hours and weekend work as needed to support business operations.
