Provide operational, technical, and platform support for enterprise messaging technologies including IBM MQ, Confluent Kafka, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and TIBCO platforms. Ensure stability, reliability, and high performance of messaging environments across Linux and Windows operating systems. Design, build, and administer messaging solutions, with a primary focus on IBM MQ. Support troubleshooting and diagnostics across distributed systems to resolve issues efficiently.
Participate in a 24x7 on‑call rotation to support production environments, ensuring continuous service availability.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in messaging and middleware support roles.
- Hands‑on experience with IBM MQ administration is required.
- Familiarity with Kafka, TIBCO Rendezvous, and TIBCO EMS platforms.
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills across distributed systems.
