We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator with a strong background in Adobe Experience Platform to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our database systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting our marketing initiatives through effective data management. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross functional teams to enhance our data driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain database systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage Adobe Experience Platform to support data integration and analytics.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide support for data migration and integration projects.
• Document database processes, configurations, and changes for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices.

Mandatory

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Experience Platform.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with data modeling and database design.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with cloud based database solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
