LOCATION Plano, TX.COMPENSATION $61.75/hour.

SCHEDULE Working Model:
Fully onsite. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

CONTRACT TERM6-month contract with a very high likelihood of extension/conversion to full-time.

POSITION OVERVIEW This role monitors system logs and troubleshoots interface errors and issues with online orders, mainly within the SAP S/4

HANA system, and supports eCommerce process improvement projects and initiatives. The role also assists with project planning and coordination, works with cross-functional teams including HQ, Engineering, operations, and vendors, and helps present re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct daily system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders, mainly within the SAP S/4

HANA system. Support eComm process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies. Distill vision and strategy for the team; evangelize and motivate cross-functional teams. Assist in preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities, and documentation. Work with cross-functional teams, including HQ, Engineering teams, operations teams, and vendors if required.

Assist in presenting re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS At least 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP S/4

HANA. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (Computer Science or Information Sciences and Technology undergraduate degree strongly preferred). Demonstrable ability to look for areas of improvement and propose process improvement initiatives. Proven ability using Microsoft Office products at an Expert/Advanced level. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines.

Strong analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred. Korean speaking is a plus but not required.
