About the Role Up Sela  Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Micro-Segmentation LAN Network Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, segmented enterprise LAN infrastructure.

This role combines network engineering, policy-based access control, Cisco technologies, and high-availability architecture. You will collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver secure connectivity with minimal operational disruption.

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise LAN micro-segmentation solutions.
• Translate business and cybersecurity requirements into network architectures and access policies.
• Configure and support Cisco IOS, Cisco ACI, and Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly DNA Center/DNAC).
• Implement VLANs, routing, switching, wireless infrastructure, and network access controls.
• Design for network security, reliability, redundancy, and high availability.
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity, segmentation, routing, switching, and access-control issues.
• Provide technical escalation support and coordinate incident resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• Support deployment planning, testing, cutovers, maintenance windows, and operational handovers.
• Maintain network diagrams, configuration standards, implementation procedures, and support documentation.
• Mentor local IT and support teams on Cisco technologies, segmentation, and troubleshooting practices.

• 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN networking, micro-segmentation, and secure network architecture.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Cisco IOS and Cisco ACI.
• Hands-on implementation and operational experience with Cisco Catalyst Center/DNAC.
• Strong understanding of VLANs, routing, switching, access controls, redundancy, and secure connectivity.
• Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise networks in high-availability environments.
• Experience supporting network deployments, cutovers, and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to independently drive technical activities through completion.
• Availability to work onsite as required, support scheduled off-hours changes, and travel up to 10%.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Enterprise firewall configuration and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with Infoblox or comparable IPAM tools, static IP assignments, and DHCP reservations.
• Exposure to private cellular networking.
• Experience with Service Now incident and change management.
• Experience configuring network monitoring tools, alerts, and operational dashboards.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or other networking and cybersecurity credentials.
