They’re hiring a Middle Market Underwriter to handle new and renewal business, evaluate and price complex risks, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulations. In this role, you’ll contribute to agency strategy, help build strong client relationships, support service teams, and provide technical guidance on increasingly complex accounts.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- CPCU designation preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Lines underwriting
• Prior experience in or knowledge of the Texas market strongly preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel within the Southwest market
• Strong technical expertise in Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile
  Property and Umbrella experience is a plus
  Proven negotiation and presentation skills
  Self-motivated professional with a strong track record of premium growth and profitability
  Superior marketing skills and comfort working with agents and brokers of all types
