A rapidly growing law firm: seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its expanding pre-litigation and litigation teams. The firm has a strong track record of successful outcomes, handling thousands of injury matters and recovering substantial compensation for clients. • Independently manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from initial intake through final resolution.
• Meet with clients to assess claims, provide legal guidance, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Appear for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings as required.
• Prepare, review, and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement communications.
• Coordinate with and supervise paralegals and legal staff to ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Develop case strategies and negotiate favorable resolutions on behalf of clients.

• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience handling personal injury matters in pre‑litigation and/or litigation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Client‑focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
