. Join our respected full‑service business law firm’s Plano office and support a busy Estate Planning practice. This job requires precision, initiative, and strong communication to keep matters running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, confident, and can drive workflow forward without micromanagement.
$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Support 2‑3 attorneys in the Estate Planning practice
- Manage attorney calendars and deadline coordination
- Proactively follow up to ensure tasks and timelines stay on track
- Organize files and assemble client binders
- Review and help prepare legal documents
- Maintain detailed, accurate workflow and documentation
- 3‑5 years of experience as a legal assistant
- Estate planning experience highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and ask questions when needed
- Proactive, self‑driven approach to managing workload
- Court Alert experience is a plus
