We’re seeking a highly organized Litigation Document Assistant to support our legal team in managing discovery and document production for consumer litigation cases. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and organize documents from internal systems and databases for litigation cases

Manage high-volume document requests and maintain accurate case files

Coordinate with outside counsel to ensure timely document production

Support case managers with discovery processes and legal research

Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Ideal Candidate Has:

Strong organizational skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Attention to detail – Precision in document handling and record-keeping

Initiative & independence – Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

Communication skills – Clear and proactive in team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

Experience supporting litigation teams or legal case management

Familiarity with legal document management systems

Background in legal administrative or paralegal work
