Surety/ Construction Paralegal - Collin County, TX

Clark Hill Law is seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience for its Surety/ Construction group. Responsibilities for this role include drafting routine correspondence and legal documents; collecting, organizing, and reviewing records; assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation; and filing complex pleadings.

• Draft routine correspondence and legal documents.
• Collect, organize, and review records.
• Assist with all phases of discovery and trial preparation.
• File complex pleadings.

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate.
• Trial preparation experience.
• Excellent computer skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range at the time of posting is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors including but not limited to qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
